From my experience, I can validate that Craig and his design and construction colleagues at Park Lane exhibit the highest standards of professionalism, quality, and competence. They have a seasoned team with a broad set of skills across design, interiors, project management, finance and construction. We threw several changes at them (eg moving the garage, changing a curved wall to straight wall, adding a small gym), and they always responded with “here’s how we can do it” rather than resisting the change or trying to convert it into a profit opportunity. Nothing was too big of a problem to solve…and was dealt with immediately by the on-site team.
